Elliot Shaw was born in Blackpool, England in 1997 and after living in Yorkshire for seven years he moved in Scotland in 2010. He is currently a student at the City of Glasgow College studying the second year of a HND in Digital Art and Culture. After completing his HND he is going to attend university after being offered a place at the Glasgow School of Art to study a BA(Hons) in Interaction Design.

His work over the past two years has covered a wide variety of digital mediums such as website design, virtual reality, video, graphic design, coding, animation, and interaction design. Whilst completing his HND he has taken an interest in creating interactive installations incorporating the Arduino board whilst experimenting with a variety of input sensors. He is interested in attempting to visualise concepts that have no visual representation such as Nature's Morality, 2016 where he tried to visualise (as the title would suggest) the morality of nature. Data visualisation is also an idea that has sparked interest because it's a method of representing data that can't necessarily be seen. These are some concepts that he wishes to explore at further education.
